Looking back, I wish I had known then what I know now. I used to think that sleep was overrated, that high levels of stress was just part of life, and that the chronic pain I was dealing with was just a nuisance in my life, not something I should take action on. But when you know better, you do better.
My degree in Exercise and Sport Science, a Health Coach certification, 9 years of walking through Rheumatoid Arthritis, many successful diet, lifestyle, and mindset changes, faith and a whole lot of grace has taught me A LOT about how to live life with chronic inflammation and THRIVE.
My goal during this workshop is for you to experience the power of stress reduction first hand and empower you with simple techniques that will help you effortlessly build strategies into your every day routine. When you do, handling stress will be as second nature as tying your shoes.
