A Note from Dawn...

I wish I had known what I know now back when I was first diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. 

My degree in Exercise and Sport Science, a Health Coach certification, 7 years walking through RA, many successful diet, lifestyle, and mindset changes, faith and a whole lot of grace has taught me A LOT about how to live life with Rheumatoid Arthritis and THRIVE.

My goal today is to share simple strategies you can put into action RIGHT AWAY to help you have more control over your symptoms and overall health.
