I work outside of the home and can't make the daytime events. Can I still join the challenge?

Absolutely! I have structured this LIVE event to meet most people in the middle. Three days will meet during daytime hours (M, W, F); Two days during evening hours (T, Th).  And ALL trainings and coaching calls will be recorded and sent out. If you're in the VIP, you'll receive the link to the VIP session. And EVERYONE will receive the link to each day's training. All trainings will be viewable until end of day Sunday, giving you time to rewatch and catch up throughout the week.

Meet Dawn...

Founder of Dawn Laflin Wellness, RA Thriver, Anti-Inflammatory Lifestyle Expert

I knew instinctively that there had to be more... I was six months into my journey with Rheumatoid Arthritis and had just left my rheumatologist's office. I was told that fatigue and pain were part of my new normal; there was nothing I could do about it, aside from stronger medicine. I never resonated with that message because I knew the body is beautifully and wonderfully made. I was determined to find a way to improve how I felt day-in and day-out, without stacking on more medicine.

I went all-in on diet and lifestyle changes and after 3 weeks, I no longer needed my daily dose of 4 Aleves. That gave me the capacity to start moving my body, which further improved my energy and started reducing my pain. From there the momentum continued and I have never looked back.

My degree in Exercise and Sport Science, a Health Coach certification, 9+ years of walking through Rheumatoid Arthritis, many successful diet, lifestyle, and mindset changes, faith and a whole lot of grace has taught me A LOT about how to live life with chronic inflammation and THRIVE.

My goal during this challenge is for you to discover the mindset shifts that will open up a world of possibilities for you; to connect dots and understand why diet and lifestyle matter; and take actionable steps that will help you start reclaiming your energy.
