I wish I had known what I know now back when I was first diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis.Â
My degree in Exercise and Sport Science, a Health Coach certification, 8 years walking through RA, many successful diet, lifestyle, and mindset changes, faith and a whole lot of grace has taught me A LOT about how to live life with Rheumatoid Arthritis and THRIVE.
