Hi! I'm Dawn Laflin, a Master Certified Health Coach and your host for the PlantFed30 Course

I'm on a mission to help women eat more plants so that they can improve their gut health, lower chronic inflammation and ultimately improve their overall health.

I'm ALSO on a mission to help women create foundational healthy habits that become a lifestyle, rather than a quick fix.

As a health coach with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science, a concentration in Health and Wellness promotion and a fellow chronic inflammation warrior, I know all too well how critical it is to take on inflammation through a holistic approach, via the foods we eat and the lifestyle we lead.

Having walked this walk, and in working with many clients, I know the overwhelm is real!
